Wyoming East came out on top against James Monroe on Monday thanks in part to the team's impressive eight-run fifth inning. The Warriors put the hurt on the Mavericks with a sharp 13-1 victory. The result was nothing new for the Warriors, who have now won 16 games by six runs or more so far this season.

For James Monroe's part, they saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Kadyn Hines, who went 1-for-2 with one triple and one RBI.
