Volleyball Recap: Olympia's Run of Four Straight Wins Now Over

Olympia and Jupiter squared off in some playoff action on Saturday, but Olympia had to settle for second. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Warriors. The Titans' defeat signaled the end of their four-game winning streak.

Olympia started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. The match finished with set scores of 24-26, 25-19, 25-21, 25-19.

When it comes to explaining why Olympia lost, don't look at Eliza Perdue. Despite the final result, she had 26 digs and three assists. Perdue has been hot for a while, having posted ten or more digs the last nine times she's played.
