Football Recap: Eastmark Firebirds vs. Palo Verde Titans

The Eastmark Firebirds simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Palo Verde Titans 35-0 on the road. Considering the Firebirds have won five contests by more than 20 points this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.
Eastmark found their leader in underclassman Paige McCrabb, who threw for 220 yards and four touchdowns, and also rushed for 31 yards. That's the most rushing yards McCrabb has posted since back in September. Mikaela Oberstein was another key player, picking up 80 receiving yards and three touchdowns.
Eastmark didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Kimora Sopoaga-Kaiawei and Makenna Vollaro. Sopoaga-Kaiawei also snagged an interception, which is notable because Eastmark is undefeated when she posts at least one interception, but 3-4-1 otherwise.
