Football Recap: South Coffeyville Lions vs. Graham/Dustin
South Coffeyville had to travel to play their first game of the season, but the final result was worth the trip. They simply couldn't be stopped on Friday as they easily beat Graham/Dustin 60-12 on the road. The victory was some much needed relief for the Lions as it spelled an end to their ten-game losing streak dating back to last season.
Although Graham/Dustin took the loss, they still got scores from Nathaniel Proctor and Kurtis McCaslin.
South Coffeyville will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Claremore Christian at 7:00 p.m. on September 13th. As for Graham/Dustin, they are headed away from home for the first time to challenge Life Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
