Softball Recap: Grafton Bearcats vs. Brighton Bruins
Grafton saw some tournament action on Thursday. They came out on top against the Brighton Bruins by a score of 9-5. With that victory, the Bearcats brought their scoring average up to 6.2 runs per game.

Lillie Crimm made a splash no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, keeping things locked down with no earned runs or hits over four innings pitched. She has been consistent for a while: she hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in 11 consecutive appearances. She was also solid in the batter's box, going 2-for-3 with two triples and one RBI.
