Waverly waltzed into their game on Friday with seven straight wins... but they left with eight. They came out on top against the Everett Vikings by a score of 67-58. Given the Warriors' advantage in MaxPreps' Michigan basketball rankings (they are ranked tenth, while the Vikings are ranked 335th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
