Football Game Preview: St. Clair Bulldogs vs. North County Raiders

The St. Clair Bulldogs will face off against the North County Raiders at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. The two teams are strolling into their games after big wins in their previous games.

St. Clair is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They simply couldn't be stopped on Friday as they easily beat Hermann 42-14. Winning may never get old, but the Bulldogs sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.

Nathan Short went supernova, rushing for 165 yards and three TDs on only six carries, while also throwing for 74 yards and one touchdown.

Wins are hard to come by when you can't run the rock, something St. Clair proved: they limited Hermann to a paltry 1.3 yards per carry. That's the most yards per carry they've posted since back in October of 2024.

Meanwhile, North County never let their opponents score on Friday. They breezed past Windsor to the tune of 36-0.

North County's win bumped their record up to 2-5. As for St. Clair, their victory bumped their record up to 5-2.
