Basketball Recap: Christian Central Academy Takes a Loss

Christian Central Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They received a blow as they fell 69-54 to the Riverside Frontiers. The Crusaders were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Frontiers apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in December of 2022.

Riverside's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Jahiem Foster, who posted 25 points. Another player making a difference was Alhassane Balde, who had 14 points.

Christian Central Academy's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Riverside, their victory bumped their record up to 6-12.

Christian Central Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Riverside, they won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against East at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
