Jaden McDaniels has been the breakout star this spring on the Nike EYBL circuit.
In 12 EYBL outings with Seattle Rotary, the lanky 6-foot-9 forward is averaging 19.1 points and 9.1 rebounds per game.
D1Circuit.com identified him as one of eight players on the short list for most valuable player honors in the regular season.
McDaniels has been pegged as the No. 10 overall prospect in the Class of 2019 by the in-house experts at
247Sports and recently garnered an offer from Kansas. Arizona, Oklahoma, Texas and Washington have also offered.
During the 2017-18 campaign at Federal Way, McDaniels averaged 21.3 points, 10.0 rebounds, 4.6 assists and 3.3 blocked shots per game. The Eagles went 27-2 and reached the Class 4A state title game.
Older brother Jalen is a redshirt freshman at San Diego State but may not be returning to the program in 2018-19 as he is testing the NBA waters.
See the video above for a look at what makes McDaniels a prospect to keep an eye on in high school basketball's Class of 2019.
