Softball Recap: Crestwood Comes Up Short

Crestwood lost against Holy Redeemer back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. Crestwood came up short against Holy Redeemer, falling 15-5. The Comets have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Kendall Mendrzycki made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and scored a run while going 3-for-4. Another player making a difference was Alexa Toniatti, who went 1-for-3 with one triple, one run, and one RBI.

Crestwood now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Holy Redeemer, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Looking ahead, Crestwood will be playing in front of their home fans against Hanover Area at 4:45 p.m. on Monday. As for Holy Redeemer, they will take on Lake-Lehman at 4:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
