It's playoff time, and Crawford had no trouble coming through when it counted. Everything went their way against the Castle Park Trojans on Wednesday as they made off with a 13-3 win. Considering the Colts have won ten matches by more than five runs this season, Wednesday's blowout was nothing new.

Ray Sanchez made a big impact while hitting and pitching. He didn't allow a single earned run over five innings pitched. He also tossed no earned runs, which is notable because Crawford is 6-3 when he allows at most two earned runs, but 8-10 otherwise. Sanchez was also solid in the batter's box, getting on base in three of his four plate appearances with two runs and one stolen base.

In other batting news, Abbel Martinez was incredible, going 2-for-3 with one home run, three runs, and one triple. That's the most runs he has posted since back in April. Another player making a difference was Abraham Carillo-Ceron, who went 2-for-4 with two runs and two RBI.

Crawford now has a winning record of 14-13. As for Castle Park, they have been struggling recently as they've lost 17 of their last 19 games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-21 record this season.

Crawford didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 9-6 victory against High Tech CV on the 23rd. As for Castle Park, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next matchup, a 14-1 win against High Tech Mesa on the 23rd.
