Basketball Recap: Babylon Extends Home Winning Streak to Nine

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Babylon). They blew past the Pierson/Bridgehampton Whalers 55-32 on Monday. The Panthers' win was nothing new given the team hasn't lost yet this season.

Babylon was led to victory by Giavanna Randazzo and Morgan Fiedler. Randazzo posted 22 points, while Fiedler earned 18 points. Those 22 points gave Randazzo a new career-high.

Babylon's victory was their ninth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 4-0.

Babylon will face off against Mattituck at 6:15 p.m. on Thursday. As for Pierson/Bridgehampton, they will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Babylon at 6:15 p.m. on January 16, 2025.
