Williamston came out on top against Lake Fenton on Wednesday thanks in part to the team's impressive five-run fifth inning. The Hornets put the hurt on the Blue Devils with a sharp 7-1 victory. Jaiden Griffith made a splash while hitting and pitching. She tossed seven innings while giving up just one earned run off six hits. Griffith was also solid in the batter's box, going 2-for-4 with one triple, one stolen base, and one run.
