Bayside is 9-0-1 against Cocoa since November of 2016 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Thursday. The Bayside Bears will look to defend their home pitch against the Cocoa Tigers at 7:00 p.m. Bayside will be strutting in after a victory while Cocoa will be coming in after a loss.

Bayside took a loss when they played away from home on Wednesday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Tuesday. They had just enough and edged Space Coast out 3-2. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Bears as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.

They hit Space Coast with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Skyler Tapia, Wendito Talabert, and Christopher Comerford.

Meanwhile, Cocoa was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their ninth straight defeat. They fell just short of Palm Bay by a score of 2-1.

The victory got Bayside back to even at 4-4-1. As for Cocoa, their loss dropped their record down to 0-9.

Bayside took their win against Cocoa in their previous meeting back in January by a conclusive 6-0. Will Bayside repeat their success, or does Cocoa have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
