Volleyball Recap: Highlands Christian Comes Up Short

Highlands Christian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of Tournament Opponent. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Tournament Opponent this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-1 on Friday.

Isabella Silva paced Highlands Christian's offense, picking up four kills. Silva got some help from Ali Diaz and her six assists.

Highlands Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 3-5.

Highlands Christian wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 loss against Cascia Hall on the 30th. As for Tournament Opponent, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-0 defeat against Immanuel on the 30th.
