Baseball Recap: Onaga Beats Doniphan West for Their Third Straight Victory

It may have taken eight innings to finish the job, but Onaga ultimately got the result they hoped for on Monday. They beat the Doniphan West Mustangs by the very same score they won with in their prior game: 4-3. That's the fourth time they've managed to beat them this season, with their most recent win being a 4-3 victory on Monday.

Isaac Wegner tossed a big game, not allowing a single earned run over 4.1 innings pitched. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up a single earned run in four consecutive appearances.

On the hitting side, the team relied heavily on Jackson Kolterman, who got on base in three of his four plate appearances with two stolen bases, one triple, and one run.
