Soccer Recap: Taylor Comes Up Short

Taylor was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They lost 8-0 to the Carlson Marauders. Taylor were not able to make up for their defeat to Carlson from their previous meeting back in April of 2024.

Taylor's loss dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Carlson, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-1-2.

Looking ahead, Taylor will head out on the road to face off against Inter-City Baptist at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. Inter-City Baptist will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Taylor surely won't give up without a fight. As for Carlson, they will look to defend their home pitch on Monday against Roosevelt at 6:00 p.m.
