Volleyball Recap: Orleans Beats Crothersville for Their Third Straight Win + How To Watch

Orleans had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Tuesday. Everything went their way against the Crothersville Tigers as they made off with a 3-0 victory. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Bulldogs also won the last time the pair played back in August of 2024.

The final score came out to 25-7, 25-17, 25-15.

Callie Alston paced Orleans' offense, picking up 12 kills. Alston were helped by Halle Wolfe and Emma Rutherford, who contributed 14 assists each. Rutherford was also solid from the service line: she led the team with four aces.

Orleans' win bumped their record up to 5-2. As for Crothersville, they now have a losing record of 1-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Orleans will host Cannelton at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Crothersville, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Southwestern at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
