Basketball Recap: Ellsworth Extends Winning Streak to Three

Ellsworth entered their tilt with North Michigan Christian Academy on Friday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They came out on top against the North Michigan Christian Academy Comets by a score of 46-36. This was payback for the Lancers, who suffered a 37-30 loss the last time these two teams met.

Ellsworth now has a winning record of 3-2. As for North Michigan Christian Academy, they moved to 3-4 with that defeat, which also ended their three-game winning streak.

Ellsworth and North Michigan Christian Academy's offenses will be put to the test in their next games. Ellsworth and Bear Lake (who has only given up 26.17 points per game) will meet at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Similarly, North Michigan Christian Academy will challenge Alanson at 7:00 p.m. on January 3, 2025, a squad that's only allowed 23.25 points per game.
