Basketball Recap: Interstate 35 Takes a Loss

Interstate 35 was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss. They had to suffer through a 63-31 loss at the hands of the Earlham Cardinals. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Roadrunners this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 53-40 back in December of 2024.

Interstate 35's defeat dropped their record down to 4-12. As for Earlham, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 9-9.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Interstate 35 will challenge Madrid at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Earlham, a feisty cat fight is on tap when the Earlham Cardinals duke it out with the Creston Panthers at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
