Basketball Recap: Cheylin Cougars vs. Weskan Coyotes

After flying high against Triplains/Brewster last Friday, Cheylin came back down to earth. The Cheylin Cougars took a blow against the Weskan Coyotes on Tuesday, falling 72-41. While losing is never fun, the Cougars can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Kansas basketball rankings (they are ranked 250th, while the Coyotes are ranked 106th).

Despite the loss, Cheylin had strong showings from Landon Schoenberger, who posted 14 points and five assists, and Andrew Wright, who scored 12 points.
