Soccer Recap: Cedar Takes a Loss

Cedar was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were a single goal away from ending the streak, but they lost a 1-0 heartbreaker at the hands of the Pine View Panthers. Cedar were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Pine View apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in April of 2024.

Cedar's loss dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Pine View, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-2.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Cedar will take on rival Desert Hills at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Pine View is set to face off against their familiar foe Snow Canyon at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
