Soccer Game Preview: Menlo-Atherton vs. Newark Memorial

Meanwhile, Newark Memorial kept a clean sheet against Mission San Jose on Wednesday. They put the hurt on the Warriors with a sharp 5-0 win. Fans of Newark Memorial have seen this all before: every one of the games they've played this season has ended in a blowout of 3+ goals.

They hit Mission San Jose with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Roger Salazar (2), Daniel Mendoza, Andrew Sousa, and Juan Valdovinos.

Menlo-Atherton's loss dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Newark Memorial, their victory bumped their record up to 3-0.
