Basketball Recap: Medford Takes a Loss

Medford was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 16th straight loss. They had to suffer through a 75-41 loss at the hands of the Nicollet Raiders. If the Tigers were looking for revenge after losing 74-32 to them when the teams met back in February of 2020, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Medford's defeat dropped their record down to 1-22. As for Nicollet, the victory (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 13-12.

Looking ahead, Medford will head out on the road to face off against United South Central at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. As for Nicollet, they will welcome New Ulm Cathedral at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
