Aubrey Gottfried turned in yet another pitching appearance with more than 11 strikeouts on Tuesday. She didn't allow a single earned run while striking out 13 over six innings pitched. Considering she played a big game the last time she faced off against Colonel Crawford back in March of 2024, the result shouldn't come as too huge a shock. Gottfried also put up a walk, which was her first of the season.

Gottfried's strong effort led Mohawk over Colonel Crawford and she'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Warriors have been dominating at home and they will enter the contest having won six straight home games dating back to last season.
