Softball Recap: Skyline Takes a Loss

Skyline and Cedar Valley squared off in some playoff action on Monday, but Skyline had to settle for second. They came up short against the Aviators, falling 18-3. The Eagles just can't catch a break and have now endured six defeats in a row.

Skyline saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Bella Waters, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with one stolen base and one RBI.

Skyline's loss dropped their record down to 11-19. As for Cedar Valley, their win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 17-12.

As of now, neither Skyline nor the Aviators have any future games scheduled.
