Basketball Recap: Bamberg-Ehrhardt Takes a Loss

Bamberg-Ehrhardt suffered their biggest loss since December 13, 2024 on Tuesday. They had to suffer through a 70-38 loss at the hands of the Denmark-Olar Vikings. The defeat continues a trend for the Red Raiders in their matchups with the Vikings: they've now lost five in a row.

When it comes to explaining why Bamberg-Ehrhardt lost, don't look at Jabari Graham. Despite the final result, he posted ten points and eight boards.

Even though they lost, Bamberg-Ehrhardt smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 23 offensive rebounds. That's the most offensive boards they've posted since the start of last season.

It was another big night for Joshua Goodman, who almost dropped a double-double with 22 points and nine rebounds for Denmark-Olar. Goodman is on a roll when it comes to boards, as he's now pulled down nine or more in the last five games he's played. Terrence Hinton was another key player, going 8-for-12 to rack up 18 points and three steals.

Bamberg-Ehrhardt's loss dropped their record down to 11-9. As for Denmark-Olar, the win was the tenth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 15-5.

Coming up, Bamberg-Ehrhardt will challenge Allendale-Fairfax at 8:00 p.m. on Thursday. Bamberg-Ehrhardt is facing Allendale-Fairfax at the right time seeing as Allendale-Fairfax is stuck on a three-game losing streak. Denmark-Olar does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
