Downsville had to skate by with only a one-set margin when they last took the court, which might have inspired the three-set drubbing they dealt Richwood on Monday. The Demons blew past the Rams 3-0. The Demons haven't had any issues with the Rams recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive win against them.

Downsville's victory bumped their record up to 4-6. As for Richwood, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-3.
