Basketball Recap: Jennings County Panthers vs. Columbus East Olympians

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Jennings County). They came out on top against the Columbus East Olympians by a score of 80-71 on Friday. The Panthers have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Olympians, too.

Jennings County got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Jeremiah Davis out in front who posted 21 points and seven rebounds. Davis is on a roll when it comes to points, as he's now scored 15 or more in each of the last three games he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Logan Napier, who went 8-for-12 en route to 22 points.
