Basketball Recap: Atlanta Takes a Loss

Atlanta was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They were four points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 35-31 heartbreaker at the hands of the Hillman Tigers. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Tigers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 45-29 back in January.

Atlanta's defeat dropped their record down to 2-9. As for Hillman, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matches, which provided a nice bump to their 11-5 record this season.

Atlanta has already played their next game, a 73-16 victory against Au Gres-Sims on the 13th. Hillman has also already played their next contest (against Mio-Au Sable), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
