Soccer Game Preview: St. Edward vs. Chesterton Academy of the Holy Family + How To Watch

The St. Edward Green Wave will square off against Chesterton Academy of the Holy Family at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Considering both teams were shutout in their prior games, the pair is probably coming into this one with something to prove.

St. Edward is coming in off a wild two-game stretch: after soaring to four goals on Friday, they were much more limited against Harvest-Westminster on Saturday. They lost 9-0 to the Warrior-Lions. While losing is never fun, St. Edward can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Illinois soccer rankings (they are ranked 394th, while Harvest-Westminster are ranked 157th).

Meanwhile, Wednesday just wasn't the day for Chesterton Academy of the Holy Family's offense. They came up short against Harvest-Westminster on Wednesday, falling 7-0. Chesterton Academy of the Holy Family has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Chesterton Academy of the Holy Family's defeat dropped their record down to 3-10-1. As for St. Edward, their loss dropped their record down to 4-16-1.
