Hannibal strolled into their game on Saturday with an undefeated record and they left with the same. They came out on top against Pattonville by a score of 2-0. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 2-0 on Saturday.

Marissa Falconer paced Hannibal's offense, picking up 14 kills. Falconer got some help from Malia Stolte and her 13 assists. Falconer was also solid from the service line: she led the team with three aces.

Despite the defeat, Pattonville had strong showings from Madison Dunn, who had nine digs and seven assists, and Ellen Mae Young, who had six assists and four digs. Londyn Rowlett also deserves some recognition as she had her first block of the season.

Hannibal's win bumped their record up to 11-0-1. As for Pattonville, they now have a losing record of 10-11.

Hannibal wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-1 loss against Quincy Notre Dame on the 23rd. Pattonville has also already played their next matchup (against Rockwood Summit), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
