Volleyball Game Preview: Santiago Cavaliers vs. Santa Ana Valley Falcons

The Santiago Cavaliers will venture away from home to square off against the Santa Ana Valley Falcons at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this contest.

Santiago can't be too happy about their upcoming road game considering what happened when they opened their season away from home on Tuesday. They fell just short of Godinez Fundamental by a score of 3-2. The loss continues a trend for the Cavaliers in their meetings with the Grizzlies: they've now lost four in a row.

The home team had won the previous three meetings between Santa Ana Valley and Orange, and Orange kept the tradition alive. The Falcons fell just short of the Panthers by a score of 3-2 on Tuesday.

Santiago beat Santa Ana Valley 3-1 in their previous meeting back in October of 2024. Do the Cavaliers have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Falcons turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
