Soccer Game Preview: Daniel Boone vs. Dobyns-Bennett

Daniel Boone is 0-10 against Dobyns-Bennett since April of 2021 but things could change on Tuesday. The Daniel Boone Trailblazers will be playing at home against the Dobyns-Bennett Indians at 6:30 p.m.

Last Tuesday, Daniel Boone didn't have quite enough to beat Cherokee and fell 3-2. The Trailblazers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, for the first time this season, Dobyns-Bennett was forced to settle for a draw. They and Knoxville Central finished up on equal footing with a 2-2 draw on Thursday.

Gavin Farmer was the only thing that stood between Dobyns-Bennett and a shutout considering he scored both of Dobyns-Bennett's goals, bringing his season total up to six goals.

Dobyns-Bennett's draw gives them a new season record of 2-0-1. As for Daniel Boone, their loss dropped their record down to 0-2.

Daniel Boone might still be hurting after the 3-0 defeat they got from Dobyns-Bennett in their previous matchup back in April of 2024. Can Daniel Boone avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
