Soccer Game Preview: Elmore County vs. Brewbaker Tech

The Elmore County Panthers will challenge the Brewbaker Tech Rams at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Elmore County is currently enjoying a perfect season and no doubt wants to keep things rolling.

Elmore County barely beat Beauregard the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Panthers never let the Hornets get on the board and left with a 4-0 win on Friday. Elmore County might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won eight matchups by four goals or more this season.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Brewbaker Tech, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. They came out on top against Booker T. Washington Magnet by a score of 2-0 on Thursday. Brewbaker Tech haven't had any issues with Booker T. Washington Magnet recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.

Elmore County's win was their eighth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 12-0. The home victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 35 goals over those eight games. As for Brewbaker Tech, the win got them back to even at 6-6-6.

Elmore County beat Brewbaker Tech by a goal in their previous meeting back in March, winning 2-1. Do the Panthers have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Rams turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
