Softball Preview: Hermon Hawks vs. Mount Desert Island Trojans

Last Tuesday, Hermon made easy work of Old Town and carried off an 8-1 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Hermon.

Braelynn Wilcox was a major factor while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run and only two hits while striking out ten over six innings pitched. Wilcox was also solid in the batter's box, scoring two runs and stealing two bases while going 2-for-3.
