Basketball Recap: Temple Christian Academy Takes a Loss

Temple Christian Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They were beaten by the Foothills Christian Flame 76-44. The Warriors lost against the Flame in their previous head to head back in January, too, but the margin this time around was even wider than the 72-64 score last time.

Despite the loss, Temple Christian Academy still got an impressive performance from Carter Hall, who dropped a double-double with 22 points and 13 rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Indiana Fields, who posted six points and five boards.

Temple Christian Academy's loss dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Foothills Christian, the victory was the sixth in a row (dating back to last season) for them, bringing their record up to 2-0.

Looking ahead, Temple Christian Academy will challenge Tabernacle Christian at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Foothills Christian, they will face off against Oakwood Christian at 3:10 p.m. on Saturday.
