Soccer Recap: Northview Find Success

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Wilson, Northview was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 4-3 victory over the Rowland Raiders. Considering the Vikings' offense had been struggling lately, the high-scoring outing was a much-needed turnaround.

Northview's win bumped their record up to 7-8-2. As for Rowland, they now have a losing record at 5-6-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Northview will face off against West Covina at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Rowland, they will look to defend their home pitch on Thursday against Covina at 5:30 p.m. Rowland's last four contests have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
