Soccer Recap: Burbank Comes Up Short

Burbank lost against Armijo back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Burbank Titans came up short against the Armijo Royals, falling 6-1.

Burbank's goal came courtesy of Ricardo Gamez, who's now up to five this season.

Burbank's loss dropped their record down to 7-5-2. As for Armijo, their victory bumped their record up to 6-4-2.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Burbank will face off against Johnson at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Burbank's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for three straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end. As for Armijo, they will be playing at home against Fairfield at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Armijo is facing Fairfield at the right time seeing as Fairfield is stuck on a five-game losing streak.
