             Wise won the last time they faced Parkdale, and things went their way  on Monday too. The Wise Pumas came out on top against the Parkdale Panthers by a score of  3-1. The  win made it back-to-back  victories for the Pumas.
 Wise walked away with the   victory (and looked especially good in the first set). The match finished with set scores of 25-9, 22-25, 25-23,  25-17.
  Khayla Lawrence had an outrageously good game as she  had nine  digs and two  aces. With that strong performance,  she is now averaging an impressive 12.3  assists per game.
 Wise  was lethal from the service line and  finished the game with 20  aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now  served at least six  aces in nine consecutive  matches.
 Wise's win was  their eighth straight at home dating back to last season, which  pushed their record up to 8-1. As for Parkdale, they have  traveled a rocky road recently having  lost three of their last four contests,  which put a noticeable dent in their 5-5 record  this season.
 Wise has already played their next matchup,  a  3-0  victory against DuVal on the 16th. As for Parkdale, they will challenge Suitland at 6:30  p.m.  on Monday.
