Anoka entered their tilt with Eagan on Saturday with four consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with five. They came out on top against the Eagan Wildcats by a score of 63-53. The 63-point effort marked the Tornadoes' lowest-scoring matchup of the season, but in the end it didn't matter.

Anoka pushed their record up to 7-1 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 81.0 points per game. As for Eagan, the defeat snapped their winning streak at seven games dating back to last season and leaves them with a 6-1 record.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Anoka will take on Champlin Park at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Anoka knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past eight games -- so hopefully Champlin Park likes a good challenge. As for Eagan, they will face off against Apple Valley at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Apple Valley will roll in looking for their sixth straight win, something Eagan surely won't give up without a fight.
