Football Recap: Adams Central Falls Short of Andrean in the Playoffs

Adams Central and Andrean squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but Adams Central had to settle for second. They took a 24-19 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Fighting 59ers. The loss was the Flying Jets' first of the season.

The critical scores for Andrean came from Dylan Gore, Brady Elish, and Bruce Moorhouse.

Having lost for the first time this season, Adams Central fell to 13-1. As for Andrean, the victory was the 12th in a row for them, bringing their record up to 12-1.

Adams Central does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Andrean, they will face off against Brownstown Central at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. The Fighting 59ers will need to watch out since the Braves have now posted at least 31 points every time they've taken the field this season.
