Basketball Game Preview: Mogollon Mustangs vs. St. David Tigers

Having struggled with three losses in a row, Mogollon turned things around against Williams on Monday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Vikings, sneaking past 53-51. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Mustangs have posted since November 26, 2024.

Meanwhile, St. David came tearing into Wednesday's game with three straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 35.3 points) and they left with even more momentum. They blew past the Blue Devils 71-18. The Tigers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven contests by 23 points or more this season.

St. David pushed their record up to 10-13 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 70.0 points per game. As for Mogollon, their win bumped their record up to 10-12.
