Flag Football Recap: Mountain Range Comes Up Short + How To Watch

The Mountain Range Mustangs lost 35-12 to the Eagle Ridge Academy Warriors on Monday. The Mustangs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Eagle Ridge Academy was led to victory by Jazlyn Greenwood and Faith Lucero-Foreman. Greenwood rushed for 168 yards while picking up 9.3 yards per carry, while Lucero-Foreman rushed for 60 yards and a pair of TDs. Greenwood's rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked her fourth straight game with at least 165 rushing yards. Another player making a difference was Carole Tamburino, who picked up 97 receiving yards and one score.

Mountain Range's defeat dropped their record down to 4-10. As for Eagle Ridge Academy, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 5-7.

Mountain Range has already played their next contest, a 12-6 victory against Skyview on the 8th. As for Eagle Ridge Academy, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 26-0 win against Thornton on the 8th.
