Athens Bible posted their closest win since March 11th on Friday. They skirted past the Randolph School Raiders 3-1. That's more bragging rights for the Trojans, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

The victory made it two in a row for Athens Bible and bumps their season record up to 8-8. The wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 4 runs in those games. As for Randolph School, their loss was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 3-9.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Athens Bible will head out to face off against Kate Duncan Smith DAR at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Randolph School, they will face off against Brindlee Mountain at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday.
