Football Game Recap: Riverdale vs. North Fort Myers

North Fort Myers had to travel to play their first game of the season, and the final result was worth the trip. They took their game against Riverdale on Friday 36-22. That result is just more of the same for North Fort Myers, who also won the last time these teams played.

North Fort Myers's offense came in ready to rumble, picking up 30 points in the first half. Riverdale came up with 3 to put the score at 30-3. North Fort Myers were outperformed in the second half 6-19 but had enough in reserve from the first to take the contest. This was the first game for both teams, giving North Fort Myers a 1-0 record and starting Riverdale off at 0-1.
