Ballard Memorial dropped their record down to 12-7 on Sunday, which also ended the team's four-game streak of wins. They lost 12-0 to the Livingston Central Cardinals. Having soared to a lofty 14 runs in the game before, the Bombers' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

As for Livingston Central, the win was the tenth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 18-4. The victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.4 runs over those games.

For Livingston Central's part, Addison Tramble was a major factor while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only two hits while striking out eight over four innings pitched. Tramble has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't tossed less than seven strikeouts in four consecutive appearances. She was also solid in the batter's box, going 1-for-3 with two runs, one stolen base, and one double.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Adalynn King, who went 2-for-3 with two runs, one stolen base, and one RBI. Those two hits gave her a new career-high. Nevaeh Jennings was another key player, going 2-for-3 with two RBI and one run.
