West Forsyth extended their winning streak  to three  on Tuesday, bumping their season record up to 26-2 in the process. They blew past the Northern Guilford Nighthawks 8-0. Considering the Titans have won 18 matches by more than five  runs this season, Tuesday's  blowout was nothing new.
As for Northern Guilford, their loss  ended  a  four-game streak of away wins  and  brought them to 23-5. The  contest marked the first time this year in which they were not able to get on the board.
 For Northern Guilford's part,  Dakotah Wilkins spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered four earned  (and four unearned) runs on seven hits and racked up six Ks. Wilkins has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't  tossed less than six  strikeouts in five consecutive appearances.
As of now, neither West Forsyth nor Northern Guilford have any future games scheduled.
