Soccer Game Preview: St. Luke's vs. King

The St. Luke's Storm will face off against the King Vikings at 4:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

St. Luke's came into their game on Tuesday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They lost 7-2 to Greens Farms Academy. St. Luke's haven't had much luck with Greens Farms Academy recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Meanwhile, King fell victim to Greenwich Country Day and their airtight defense on Thursday. They came up short against the Tigers, falling 11-0.

St. Luke's defeat dropped their record down to 5-5-1. As for King, their loss dropped their record down to 2-5-2.

St. Luke's took their victory against King in their previous meeting back in October of 2024 by a conclusive 6-3 score. Do the Storm have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Vikings turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
