Softball Recap: Littlerock Takes a Loss

If Littlerock was feeling good fresh off their 11-0 takedown of Antelope Valley last Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Lobos came up short against the Lancaster Eagles on Thursday, falling 13-2. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Eagles this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 13-3 back in March.

Littlerock has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-6 record this season. As for Lancaster, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 8-4.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Littlerock will square off against rival Quartz Hill at 3:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Lancaster is set to face off against their familiar foe Antelope Valley at 3:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
